Been away getting ready for a Star Wars Armada tournament fundraiser making boards.

 

But it got some progress on my Waffen SS for a client.   Asked to turn them into winter and they want to do the camo pants.

Finally finished the first axe drune for my Ysians testing out the colour scheme. Pretty happy with the result.

Finally done with the Railm Golem that I’ve sat on for far too long. It’s a play piece so I’m not too worried about the metallics being worn. I’m pleased with the smokestacks and the impact effect where the foot landed.  The wheelbarrow I built scales well and the shovel and pickaxe flavoring the base makes this piece seem a bit more interesting. The chest is a little too far under the model to really be seen from an overhead view and eventhough it got a dash of paint two photos are good to show the model off with.

Always one thing missed – I can see a mold line that really should have been scraped at the beginning of the project.
