Bezier Games has added another version of One Night to their collection with Super Villains. It will be coming to Kickstarter on July 30th and shipping at the end of 2018.

"In One Night Ultimate Super Villains, players take on the roles of heroes or villains, each with amazing superpowers that help further their cause. The vile trio of Rapscallion, Dr Peeker, and Henchman #7 are intent on getting away with their crimes, while the members of the Super Club Of Overt Powers (SCOOP), are all out to catch them. Shady Grove… maybe even the world… will never be the same."

Built with mechanics that you will be familiar with from past games in the series, Super Villains can be used as a standalone entry for you and your friends or mixed together with some of the other games in the series to create a crazy melting pot of madness.

It will be interesting to see how the game differs in parts from the other entries in the series to make it stand out. One Week Ultimate Werewolf certainly created a new dynamic with its twist an old favourite, but there has to be a stage where maybe there are just too many versions of One Night right?

The other side of the coin is that it gives you a chance to play the game in whichever form appeals to you best. Afterall, I do quite like the variety of Munchkin and Love Letter options out there.
