Last Chance! Grab Medbury’s Historical & Fantasy July Miniatures

You still have a chance to dive in and get your hands on the July Patreon offerings from Medbury Miniatures. You can grab some great new Medieval miniatures and some excellent Fantasy Dwarves for use in your Tolkienesque adventures on the tabletop.

Early Medieval Hand Gunners - Light Armour // Medbury Miniatures

We start with their Early Medieval Hand Gunners. There are two flavours of these blackpowder-bearing soldiers who are carrying the earliest versions of these weapons, depicted in 1405-1413 manuscripts and, in some cases, the Late 1300s. As per Medbury's research, you can use the likes of the Tannenberg Handfun and the Mörkö Gun.

Early Medieval Hand Gunners - Heavy Armour // Medbury Miniatures

You can get these Medieval Hand Gunners in either light armour or heavy armour, depending on how you want to represent them on the tabletop. The majority of the miniatures that you'll be 3D printing come with the big guns but you also have the fellow who has to run around and light all of their weapons once they're loaded and ready to fire.

Dwarves of Legend

If you'd prefer to go down the Fantasy route, then you can also 3D print your way through a great selection of Fantasy Dwarves with a Tolkienesque twist this month.

King Svuirr and Wodin // Medbury Miniatures

This selection comes with a bunch of excellent miniatures that build on their Dwarves of Sapphire Ridge. You get a bunch of new characters as well as elite warriors for your armies, filling in the gaps throughout your collection.

Dwarven Lords // Medbury Miniatures

The Dwarven Lords are a particular favourite of mine, especially since I missed out on the "official" ones back in the day. As well as the new characters, you can also get your hands on key lynchpins of your army in the form of a Musician and Banner Bearer...

Hornblower and Banner Bearer // Medbury Miniatures

...plus the elite Hearthguard who will be fighting as your bodyguards, watching over the characters we've already seen like those Dwarven Kings. They look excellent, especially with those fully-masked helmets.

If you prefer to spend your days fighting above ground, you can also get your hands on the Dwarven Road Wardens, who probably keep an eye on the paths through the mountains. They are observing the movements of the Dark Lord's Orcs as they spread across the land.
