Konflikt 47 failed the first time for a reason. This time, I see nothing that appeals to any change or bettering of the concept. Sorry, Warlord.
What do you think the reason was?
This time around, ownership has changed, which should bring a more concise approach to the game and allow for better planning of the game’s roadmap—especially with releases in plastic. They also now have the opportunity to keep it properly in step with how Bolt Action plays, while introducing differences to bring in the “weird” factor.
Your be unburying the figures you have for the game Lloyd 🤔
This looks really exciting! I’ve been following Konflikt ’47 since the original release and love the alternate history concept. The weird war setting with mechs and supernatural elements really sets it apart from other WWII games. Can’t wait to see how the new edition improves on the rules and what fresh miniatures they’re adding to the range.
I hope it gets a chance at being something other than Bolt-action with a few weird bits tacked on.
At least the starter sets get a bit more of that weird-factor this time around.
Not sure how the weirdness is going to work in terms of mechanics, but that’s what “Let’s play” is for … right ?
Surely we get to see plenty of those …
I want to see an all-vampire/werewolf army vs whatever Lloyd thinks is appropiate for K’47, unless he builds Rome first. 😉
Great looking set its the sports tarantula
