Bronze Age Miniatures Preview New Dwarf Troll Hunters

If you've been following our news about Bronze Age Miniatures over the last few months, then you'll be aware that we enjoy their Norse-inspired 28mm Fantasy miniatures quite a lot! With that in mind, I had to share their latest previews for their Dwarf Troll Hunters.

I love the sculpting style for the Bronze Age Miniatures figures. They are packed with character and have Oldhammer charm. I like that the Norse theme carries through the various figures and you could see them popping up in some of the classic artwork that you'd see in storybooks. For example, you get the longer ears on the Dwarves, which is a nod to the Elven ancestry in Norse mythology.

It helps that the miniatures are packed with character, too. You've got just enough detail in the sculpts that they'll be easy and fun to paint without them getting swamped by needless detail. With them being Troll Hunters, I am already thinking up a fun skirmish game that you could play where you collect teams of Troll Hunters and then pit them against your friends in a race to bring down more of the beasts than your opponent.

Whilst these are still previews of the new range of Dwarven Troll Hunters, they will soon be available in metal for you to snap up and add to your collection. Whilst I was merely tempted by the idea of coming up with a one-page set of rules for playing as Dwarf Troll Hunters, I think I might actually make that a reality.
