Goblin King Games are getting into the Halloween spirit with another wonderful new 32mm scale Fantasy miniature for you to pick up and add to your collection! As well as a new Limited Edition miniature for Moonstone, you'll also be able to get two more boxed sets soon!

Count de Candies - Moonstone

Count de Candies // Moonstone

We start with the adorable Count de Candies. This is an alternative sculpt for young Olin and his dog Emlyn for use by the Commonwealth. What's fun is that the miniatures are also "dressed up" as the figure for Viscount de Faulte, which means that you can also use them alongside your Shades and Dominion troupes!

The set even comes with alternative art versions on your statistic cards, so you can really show off. The set already looks excellent and should be another fun painting project for someone diving into Moonstone.

Count de Candies - Miniatures // Moonstone

Count de Candies will be available throughout the course of October, with pre-orders going live on Friday, 26th September. The set will also have a general release date of 17th October but once the month of spooks is over, Count de Candies will take off the costume and then vanish!

If you'd like to dive deeper into the lore behind Count de Candies, then you can check out the preview page HERE, which gives you a neat story.

Bounding Matilda!

A new mercenary also joins the fray in the form of Matilda who comes bounding into the action of Moonstone on the back of a giant jerboa!

Matilda - Moonstone

Matilda // Moonstone

Matilda comes from the lands of Astrazan, finding her way into the ranks of the Commonwealth and beyond. She is a master of hit-and-run tactics and, according to Goblin King, she practises the three major Bs, Bing, Boin and Boom.

Matilda - Miniature // Moonstone

The miniature looks great, as you'd imagine, and I can't wait to see what people do when it comes to working out the scheme for both her and the jerboa she is riding on. Matilda herself is giving me some great Fable III vibes, which is never a bad thing.

Meet The Faculty

If you like your Gnomes, then you can also get your hands on The Faculty, which gives you a troupe of scholars who are eager to experiment and tinker regardless of the potentially volatile outcome!

The Faculty - Moonstone

The Faculty // Moonstone

Hailing from Sunrise City, these professors are going to be bringing their particular fields of study to your troupe. Whether you like the zoological, mechanical or the occult, they could help you make some of those unloved keywords worth diving into with some brand new synergies that might just give you the edge over your opponent.

If you like your critters, then you might find yourself gelling well with Old Polly.

Old Polly - Moonstone

Old Polly // Moonstone

She is a Commonwealth Gnome Rogue who is, yes, taking her weasel and cockatrice for a walk! Goblin King did mention that if you look too hard, then you might end up being petrified, so maybe avoid her wildly swinging around that creepy bird!

If you prefer your mechanical tinkering, then you've also got Flinders Memphis.

Flinders Memphis - Moonstone

Flinders Memphis // Moonstone

Flinders is a generous ol' Gnome and loves sharing his knowledge on all sorts of pursuits, including the tweaking of machines. You'll often find him working on his daughter's airship (whether she wants him to or not) and should things go wrong, he always has that weird rifle to fall back on.

Last but not least, we have Professor Boffinsworth.

Boffinsworth - Moonstone

Professor Boffinsworth // Moonstone

Bringing the Cleric keyword into the mix, Professor Boffinsworth is your occult specialist who is all about conservation and protection, especially when it comes to keeping the rest of the faculty alive and well! I absolutely love the extended set of lenses he has on his long nose and all of the books and scrolls stuffed into his backpack. I do enjoy painting a good book on a miniature!

Are you going to be picking up the new Halloween miniature from Goblin King Games for Moonstone or perhaps the new Gnomes? Maybe Matilda has won you over? These miniatures will be available to pre-order from 26th September, so you've not got long to wait!
