Spellcrow Kicking Off Fantasy Armies Range With Goblin Heroes

Spellcrow will be releasing a new range of 28mm scale Fantasy miniatures this week as part of their Fantasy Armies range. Where is best for Spellcrow to start than with some glorious new Goblins!

Goblin Heroes // Spellcrow

We've already seen two of the sets of miniatures that Spellcrow has been working on. Above, we have the Goblin Heroes armed with some distinctly Spellcrow and Oldhammer weapons. I always like the expressions that Spellcrow's sculptors get on their miniatures' faces and this set of Goblins is no exception.

You've got some great champions as part of this collection, armed with a few mighty magical weapons that they totally know how to use. All of the bits and bobs on the characters are nice as they will make you think about different colour choices, so you can make sure all the details pop.

As well as the Goblin Heroes, we also have the Goblin Standard Bearers (below) who come with some glorious banners to fly for their chosen tribe.

I like that Spellcrow has one Standard Bearer who looks right up for getting stuck into the action and another who seems like he'd prefer to be anywhere else! Spellcrow also seems to have added in their own touches here and there with those nice smiling faces/badges/talismans. It reminds me of the neat puppets that you get as part of the Chronicles of Aetherun range.

I'm sure this will only be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what's available from Spellcrow, so watch this space for more Goblins!
