The hand out to the side is very reminiscent of the hand movements in latin dance. Combined with the knees, which seem to be quite too close together, it just looks a bit camp, like he’s dancing or something.

@onlyonepinman are you referring to the leg placed forward? I say this because I noticed it as well. One would have to reposition the line of the ‘knee to foot’ slightly to the left.
