I think folk forget that the full name is “Games Workshop Group PLC”
Brands like Warhammer, Citadel and Forge World have been mere labels for tax purposes for quite a while now.The actual Citadel products have likely been gone for decades. To say nothing about the employees that can trace their first day of employment to Citadel.

Each to their own but your suggestions could be implimented by you. I was using glass beads for wounds rather than dice before counters became common. So I guess I am part of the problem

I think this is another shot in the foot moment for games workshop. The name citadel really does have a reputation if you know anything about it (just remember how all the boxes had the little castle next to it) .
